“FATHERS for Fathers’ Day”

“MY FATHER, that he may have saving faith before his dying day.”

“HELP MY SIBLINGS to appreciate our father as I do. May God shine upon him and my siblings so that His grace and mercy will be revealed. Help us all to be more thankful and aware of our Heavenly Father’s ways, as revealed through our Brother and Savior, our Lord Jesus.

(A prayer by fathers: ) “Gracious Lord, in Your abundant mercy, and through no worthiness on our own, You have called us by Your own Name, Father. You have entrusted to us precious souls, who have been redeemed through our Lord Jesus, so that we may bring them up here on earth so that they are Yours in the glories of eternal life with You. Give us grace, so that our children may grow up with healthy bodies, believing hearts, and obedient minds. Give us Your Holy Spirit, so that we may be good Christian fathers, examples in word and deed in our homes, and in our daily lives. We ask this in the Name of Jesus, Friend of children, and the Savior of us all. Amen.
