“LOIS, in Northern Illinois Medical Center for a persistent Urinary Tract Infection.”
“THOSE CONTINUING TO STRUGGLE WITH ADDICTION: Send Your Spirit to pursue them relentlessly so that they may come to know Your love, Your Way, Your forgiveness, Your peace, and Your power.”
“SCOTT as he travels in Ghana.”
FATHERS: Gracious Lord, in Your abundant mercy, and through no worthiness on our own, You have called us by Your own Name, “Father.” You have entrusted to us precious souls, who have been redeemed by our Lord Jesus, that we may bring them up here on earth so they be Yours in the glories of eternal life with You. Give us grace, so that our children may grow up with healthy bodies, believing hearts, and obedient minds. Give us Your Holy Spirit, so that we may be good Christian fathers, examples in word and deed in our homes, and in our daily lives. We ask this in the name of Jesus, Friend of children, and the Savior of us all. Amen.
